It’s a story tellers day Cloaked in mist One that’s perfect for a murder A saddled pride Unlikely to lift A bodies floating on the water So you look outside But you’re staying in Just to fantasise About what they’re doing The drumming feet coming up my stairs since Monday I hold my breath and I hope they’re gone by Thursday Bang bang rattle knocking at my door I clench my fist in case they start a war But I’d rather rest my head till Sunday Another rainy day Tap tapping on the pane You recognise the weather From castle to shore Industrial cranes You start to paint a picture So you look outside But you’re staying in Just to fantasise About what they’re doing The drumming feet coming up my stairs since Monday I hold my breath and I hope they’re gone by Thursday Bang bang rattle knocking at my door I clench my fist in case they start a war But I’d rather rest my head till Sunday Thoughts of movement coarse through my veins Ships sound the answer Close my eyes rest my head on the page I might sleep till the next chapter The drumming feet coming up my stairs since Monday I hold my breath and I hope they’re gone by Thursday Bang bang rattle knocking at my door I clench my fist in case they start a war But I’d rather rest my head till Sunday

Home of The Achingly Dull This is the home of the achingly dull Not only bitter but I’m very bored This is the home of the regularly ill On occasions I can’t help but join them They make me tired And they make me stay up late I’m gasping for air Am I drowning in my? Drowning in my fate So set me in motion Turn on the warning lights Can you hear the sirens? I showed you the danger signs Every face is a repeat episode I like to think I’m an incurious viewer But I laugh at jokes drenched from the sewer They make me tired And they make me stay up late I’m gasping for air Am I drowning in my? Drowning in my fate So set me in motion Turn on the warning lights Can you hear the sirens? I showed you the danger signs I come, drenched in the ocean I’ll send a wave, to wash you away I stretch, to cause a commotion That no one hears and just fades away This is the home of the achingly dull Not only bitter but I’m very bored This is the home of the regularly ill On occasions I can’t help but join them They make me tired And they make me stay up late I’m gasping for air Am I drowning in my? Drowning in my fate So set me in motion Turn on the warning lights Can you hear the sirens? I showed you the danger signs So set me in motion Turn on the warning lights Can you hear the sirens? I showed you the danger signs

Three Ships 04:35
Three Ships Boats that are sinking in the mud birds that sitting on the rails Watching the sails Disappear here Grass glistens in the dew Blades trampled under feet Morning tastes sweet We disappear here And you look Something like I look And you look At things that I wont look Turns twist into the sea Ships searching for a fleet You taste complete We disappear here Hearts beating with a thud Breath warms the morning air Signs say ‘beware’ We disappear here And you look Something like I look And you look At things that I wont look
